Organizational Stuckness
Organizations are complex. Business is complex.
Why?
Because organizations and businesses are comprised of
people. And people have their own "stuckness" that shows up at work.
Organizational Constellations coaches with the entire system in mind.
Constellations are particularly effective when the source of the issue isn't clear, and where previous attempts to change have not succeeded.
When this is the case, there is always a feeling of stuckness at the individual, team or organizational level that needs to be uncovered and aligned.
The kinds of issues which organizational constellation workshops can be particularly effective for include these and many others:
- Interpersonal tensions
- Team dynamics and/or team conflict
- Partnership difficulties
- Hierarchy issues
- Family business dynamics
- Illuminating hidden and insidious issues
- Preparation for crucial conversations
- Prepping for pitches or negotiations
- Strategic decisions, such as new products, services or locations
- Authority difficulties
- Issues with succession planning
- Merger or acquisition issues
- Customer attraction/retention issues
What happens in an Organizational Constellation Workshop?
This way of looking at business and organizational issues takes place in a group setting.
The workshops are small and there is explanation, demonstration and time for questions throughout the process.
During the constellation the facilitator gathers information and insights from the representatives of the organization, be it the staff, supervisors, leaders, managers, etc.
During this process the participants will experience distinct and precise sensations.
As the dynamics gradually become clearer, the facilitator works with the representatives to bring reconnection and resolution to the whole system.
The process of a constellation lasts from a few minutes to over an hour.
The constellation is complete when there is a new image of resolution and the issue holder is provided with a new picture and fresh information for action and change.
Combined with the post-constellation discussion and processing, the issue holder leaves with insights, fresh energy and resources for resolution.
